On Friday 19 January at 20:45 (CET), the first episode of the international finals of Virtuosos V4+ will be broadcasted on Virtuosos YouTube channel, featuring 6 talents from 5 countries, crowned by a wonderful duet of Maestro Placido Domingo and Dimash Qudaibergen. The finalists will be accompanied by the Pannon Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by conductor Tibor Bogányi.
In the episode of 19 January, the following contestants will make their debut :
- Ádám Balogh (piano) and Ali Lugosi (clarinet), from Hungary
- Małgorzata Cieszko (oboe), from Poland
- Nina Bočkajová (violin), from Slovakia
- Tymofii Zherebtsov (piano), from Ukraine
- Kateřina Švecová (violin), from the Czech Republic

This year, the international broadcast, which take place at the Liszt Academy, will have Hungarian presenters, as polish Ida Nowakowska will be joined by Misi Boros, who will be partnering Anna Bátor in the backstage.
Chairman of the international jury will be Maestro Plácido Domingo this year again, alongside Erika Miklósa and András Keller. The Maestro has been Virtuosos’ greatest supporter since 2016.
New jury members include singer Dimash Qudaibergen, who will perform in Hungary on 4 May 2024, and Plácido Domingo Jr., the composer of the theme music of Virtuosos V4+, and returning guitarist Pablo Sáinz-Villegas, Artistic Director of the International Music Festival in Cesky Krumlov Gabriela Rachidi, producer Harvey Goldsmith and world-star cellist HAUSER.
The international mentors of Virtuosos V4+, pianist Gergely Bogányi, singer Elina Nechayeva, opera singer Tamás Bátor, oboist Clara Dent-Bogányi, conductor Peter Valentovic and guitarist Petar Čulić support the contestants with their professional advices.
